Downtown Kansas City Loft & Condo Developer Showcases SkyView of Properties.
SkyView – KCLoftCentral engaged with Thirdrail to develop a comprehensive website with a content management system to allow for showcasing specific units. Thirdrail incorporated a 360º interactive aerial map of all of the client properties.

HTML5 – Responsive Web Design
Responsive Web Design – Utilizing responsive HTML5 and CSS3 technology allows our clients to not only have a website that is mobile compatible, but the display of the website repositions according to the device’s display. In addition to the display of the site changing, the function of the site such as the menu interactivity is also altered for optimal personal use.
There’s no longer a need to build a separate mobile website to accomplish multi-platform compatibility with our responsive website design.

3D to Reality
3D to Reality – Thirdrail engaged with the Heights at Delaware Ridge to deliver our full suite of services. We began with 3D renderings and animation of the entire project site as well as interior and exterior renderings. We utilized the renderings to develop marketing collateral and a website so that the development team could initiate a pre-lease program.
Once the project was constructed, we updated all of the marketing assets with photographic imagery to bring the project to life.

Panoramic Photography
Panoramic Photography – Thirdrail partnered with EyeTerra to create a mapping solution for Paradise Island, Bahamas. The project began with a 3D map of the entire island. From this detailed aerial 3D view, the user may interact by selecting 360º aerial viewpoints.
