Thirdrail is the brainchild of Dennis Gray who founded a printing & design firm in Lenexa, Kansas in 1995. Dennis recognized a void in the real estate market in 2006. There were developers and realtors, neither focused heavily on marketing and advertising.
Taking advantage of this gap in the industry, that printing & design firm evolved into the agency known as Thirdrail. Our daily objective is to maintain the role of that third and vital component, marketing & advertising.
